Ummm.. I'm pretty sure this is a fake? Am I correct?
nathanjhuntThis one:http://www.discogs.com/viewimages?release=3857893I'm part of the Muse Collectors forum and I remember us first seeing this item on eBay and identifying it as a fake. "GBAHT1200456" is not a correct catalogue number, it has nothing to do with the band's Helium-3/Warner Bros. record companies.Secondly, no official release would have "(P) & (C)", it would have "℗ & ©", otherwise the copyright would not be valid. Oh and plus, on the item page, it says the disc is on the label "Warner Music UK Ltd.", but that the promo is from Finland. That.. make no sense whatsoever. I may also point out that "Warner Music UK Ltd." isn't even the band's UK label. All items are released under "Warner Bros. Records/Helium 3" in the UK from the Black Holes And Revelations era, to present. This SCREAMS fake!http://www.discogs.com/viewimages?release=3857893 is definitely NOT a fakeIt is the promo disc made by Warner Music's Finnish division that was released to Finnish radio stations. The cat# "GBAHT1200456" is also the ISRC code for the track (all Finnish releases have the ISRC code as it's used to identify releases in a same way as the Label Code is used in Germany. "Secondly, no official release would have "(P) & (C)", it would have "℗ & ©", otherwise the copyright would not be valid. " - copyright credit is valid regardless of it being (P) & (C) or ℗ & ©, if you haven't seen any official releases with the copyright listed as (P) & (C) then you haven't taken a good look at the releases. The label/company on the release is Warner Music UK Ltd. as that is listed as the copyright companyThis is NOT A FAKE, it was only intended for promotional use
